Astel's Misbegotten is a choose your own adventurer game. Each one comes with a different skill set and abilities that can support their team throughout the gameplay experience. Each one's character design provides subtle insight into these skill sets. Astel himself is the master of mischief, who sends the players to face challenges of his design.

Ties of Web and Time follows our two main characters Niela Nevarik and Braunbar Eironwil through their journeys to live up to their family's royally high expectations. As if it weren't enough to grow up in a hostile, frozen land of mountain giants, poet magic, and moon people. These conflicting expectations cause these two "monstrous" kingdoms to meet on opposing sides of the battlefield.
Ultimately, their conflict catches the attention of an ancient curse that neither side was prepared for, forcing the Nevariks and Ironwils to question what they are really fighting for.
